Drafts you approve, with the source shown
Coming soon
The busywork arrives already drafted, with its reasons attached. You stay the person who signs off. The public name is not locked. [PH] Assist
Draft, explain, approve
- Draft. Bank lines, bills and receipts arrive coded from your own history.
- Explain. “Same as 14 Aug · INV-1042.” Every suggestion cites where it came from. Method chips show memory, match or rule.
- Approve. One action to confirm, edit or skip. Undo stays available.
One queue
Lines that need you sit in a single “Needs a look” queue. When you approve the last one, the books can say they are sorted. Sample screens on the accounting page use the Northfield Joinery fixture. They are illustrations, not your figures.
The line we train: “Your VAT draft is ready. Nothing goes to HMRC until you approve.”
Straight answers.
Does this file anything for me?
No. Holm drafts, suggests and explains. You review and approve. Nothing posts without undo and an audit trail, and nothing goes to HMRC until you approve it.
What is the feature called?
The working name is Holm Assist. Brand has not locked it. [PH] feature name
Where do suggestions come from?
From your own history, a match to an invoice, or a rule you can see. A suggestion cites its source, for example “Same as 14 Aug · INV-1042”. There is no confidence percentage.
